If you look closely, you can see the loop.
This loop is like a roller coaster. It must go up in order to go down, and it absolutely must go down in order to go up. This is how life works. When you know this, you are free. You accept sorrow as the catalyst for bliss, and bliss as the catalyst for sorrow. Samsara, the wheel of up and down, death and rebirth, suffering and pleasure, is, therefore, none other than Nirvana itself.
